THREE-POWER AGREEMENT

LONDON, November 5.
The "Manchester Guardian's" Paris correspondent says: "The impression persists that England and France are endeavouring to reintroduce Germany to the League of Nations. Important delegates at Geneva tentatively discussed the question last week.
M. Laval is considering a three-Power Anglo-Franco-German agreement, the inclusion of Italy, which he would prefer, being momentarily impossible.
