[Published by Arrangement] PALMERSTON N. STEAM LAUNDRY CO., LTD.
There is always something to be learned from a visit to a well-managed institution such' as the Palmerston North Steam Laundry Co., Ltd., in Broadway. The first thing that impresses the visitor is the clockwork regularity of the factory, and the very pleasing cordiality existing between the staff and_ directors. The many years of service given by many of the staff certainly indicates a fine understanding with the company's management. The kindly consideration and thoughtfulness of Mr. Rainford, the managing director, are reflected in the great personal interest each member of the staff takes in doing his or her job. It is a real happy family in the factory, and both Mr. Rainford and Mr. Ward, directors, work just as hard as anyone. The Palmerston'North Steam Laundry Co., Ltd., is a household word in the city; and its many patrons speak in glowing terms of the services rendered. The bagwash system has resulted in a large increase in trade, and is extremely popular with householders.
