WAIPAHI MISHAP
INQUIRY ORDERED
A full fsrmal inquiry has been ordered by the Minister of Marine (Hon. J. G. Cobbe) into the circumstances of the Waipahi striking a submerged rock at Pencarrow Head on the night of October 30.
:A preliminary inquiry into the steamer's mishap has just, been completed by the Superintendent of Mercantile Marine.
