Uenwood, State Conciliation Commissioner, aged 65, whose body was found alongside the railway line near Faulconbridge, 51 miles west of Sydney. One side of Mr. Henwood's head was shockingly injured. His vest pockets were turn 3d inside out. Hfs gold watch and chain were untouched, but his hat and baggage were missing. The poli:e are convinced that Mr. Henwood ,vas ' murdered, as bloodstains were discovered in the carriage jhe occupied. There is also evidence that he was dragged 20 yards alongside the railway track. They are trying to locate a young man, aged about 25, ■ who joined the same train at Bathurst, and is believed to have travelled in company with Mr. Henwood.
