SHOUTED DOWX
MR. J. H. THOMAS AT
'WORKSOP
LONDON, November 4.
A crowd of over 1000 refused to hear Mr, J. H. Thomas, Dominions Secretary, support Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, Colonial. Secretary, at Worksop.
They jeered and shouted so persistently that he was unable to make the speech, but he answered questions for over an hour.
Mr. Thomas said: "Tomorrow you will think what miserable cowards you have been."
