HIGH-PRICED EWES

ASHBURTON, This Day. The highest price for flock ewes in Ashburton County for many years was obtained at a clearing sale at Lauriston, 202 Corrieciale hoggets bringing 47s each. They were of exceptionally good quality, evenly woolled and weil grown. A lot of 93 realised 44s 3d, and 63 445.
