Weather permitting Sir Charles I Kingsfot-d Smith will leave Croydon on the morning of October 20 with Mr; Pethybridge as second pilot. The restrictions on petrol enforced under the I.C.A.N. regulations will necessitate a landing at Marseilles and at similar distances en route, so Sir Charles intends to made a quick but not a record flight.
