ADDRESS BY MR. R. SEMPLE.
Mr. E. Semple, M.P. for Wellington East, will give a pre-sessional address in the Catholic Hall, Miramar, this evening, and will review the legislation passed by the Government, making particular reference to the effect on the community of the Government's deflationary policy. He will also deal with the Mortgage Corporation and the Reserve Bank, and will defend the Labour Party's monetary policy and guaranteed prices against the criticism recently levied by Sir Alfred Ransom and other Ministers of the Crown. '
