Charged with the theft of an overcoat, scarf, and gloves, valued at £2 9s, the property of Thomas Corboy, on September 5, 1934, Gerald Thomas Silk, a labourer, aged 46, appeared before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He was remanded to appear on August 20.
Peter Butler, a cook, aged 65, was fined 20s, in default .seven days' imprisonment, for drunkenness by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. It was his third offence.
