THREE TRUE BILLS
NEW. PLYMOUTH SESSIONS

NEW PLYMOUTH, August 12.
The Supreme Court sessions opened this morning, the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) presiding. In his charge'to the Grand' Jury his Honour remarked that there were three bills for consideration and only one was likely to give difficulty. True bills were returned against David Vincent Roguski, alleged manslaughter; Edgar Robert Marshall, alleged bigamy; and Laurence Vanham Bound, alleged unlawful carnal knowledge. Marshall and Bound later pleaded guilty and were remanded till Wednesday . for sentence..
Representations were, made by the Grand Jury to the Chief Justice for improvements to the Courthouse and his Honour indicated that he considered the improvements could easily be made. He assured the jury that he would bring i the recommendations before the Minister of Justice.
