ACTION FOE LIBEL
PARTNERS IN AIR RACE LONDON, July 22. The "Daily' Express" says that Mr. K. Waller is taking action against Mr. Cathcart Jones, with whom he flew in the Melbourne Centenary Air Race,' for alleged libel.
It is understood that the action refers to a passage in the latter's "Aviation Memoirs" describing the centenary race.
