Quoting recent convictions of shopkeepers for selling chocolates, on Sunday "Observer" holds that there is a lack of sincerity and consistency in the community, for* about the same time as these- prosecutions, it was reported that a bowling club had decided to play all day Sunday. The Government also kept its bookstalls, selling numerous articles, open on Sundays.
