DRIVER ON TEIAL
DEATH OF A BOY

DUNEDIN, July 22.
The quarterly session of the Supreme Court opened today before Mr. Justice Kennedy. James Sylvester Henderson was charged with negligently driving a motor vehicle thereby causing the death of a boy. The evidence was that following a collision with a motor-car the accused's lorry mounted a footpath and struck the boy who died in hospital. , The case was unfinished and was adjourned till tomorrow morning.
