TRAFFIC BREACHES

Traffic offenders in the Magistrate's Court today were dealt with by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M.

Allan Hugh Thomas was fined 10s and costs for parking within fifteen feet of a building line.

For failing to stop after an accident Reynolds Adams was fined 20s and costs, and for negligent driving he was convicted and ordered to pay costs.

Mitchell Lawrence Brown was fined 10s and costs for failing to stop when requested, a similar amount for driving without a licence, and was convicted and discharged for driving without lights.

Herbert Browne was fined 10s and costs for not having a licence.

Arthur Gethin Creagh, who drove a motor-cycle without a light, was fined 10s and costs.

Nellie Ethel Johns was fined 20s and costs for failing to give way to traffic on the right, and was convicted and discharged for driving against one-way traffic.

Edward Phil Lang was fined 5s and costs for passing a" stationary tramcar, and was convicted and discharged for not having a licence.

Percy Leonard Sadler was fined 5s and costs for driving without a taillight.

Thomas Torrens was lined 10s and costs for dangerous driving, and 10s and costs for not having a licence.

Joel Treister was fined 20s and costs fqr failing to give way to traffic on the right
