ENJOYABLE DANCE
YOUNG MEN'S BIBLE CLASS
On Saturday evening St. Michael and All Angels' Young Men's Bible Class held a dance in the Church Hall at Kelburn. The hall was tastefully decorated with blue and gold streamers, the lights being cc-vered with Chinese lanterns, thus giving a mellow effect to the crowded room.
The hostesses were Mesdames G. F. Petrie, T. Mark, H. Harper, and W. North. v The committee comprised Messrs. D. Perry, H. Murdoch, E. HayMackenzie, G. Smith, J. N. P. Turner (secretary), and A. H. Mark (who acted as M.C.). The music was provided by Mr. J. Blackwood on the piano-accor-dion. The winners of the Monte Carlo dance were Miss A. Sugden and Mr. C. Mark, and the statue dance was won by Miss Dick and Mr. Bassett. Among those present were Misses M. Cox, M. Paton, P. Ewart, D. Smith, P. Hunt, A. May, P. Porter, E. Robins, N. Baillie, M. Russell, L. Smith, D. Croxton, B. Priestley, D. Orsborn, N. Harper, J. Ewart, T. Steele, the Rev. G. F. Petrie, and Messrs. W. North, H. Harper, W. L. Low, J. Dixon, Ewart, R. Thornton, Croxton, Wallburten, J. Craven, L. de V. Gilbert, T. Craven, L. Mark, P. Page, Wall, D. Earl, Templeton, McKirdy, Dick, J. Bentley, J. Hollis, Sevier, and Bagnell. '
