SAVING OF £12.000
DAIRY BOARD CONTRACT
(By Telegraph—Press Association.)
PALMERSTON N., This Day.
"Due to the amalgamation of insurances and a very favourable claims rate, the old Dairy Board practically finalised a contract which will save the dairy industry £12,000," stated Mr. C. P. Agar, deputy chairman of the new Dairy Board, at the Middle Ward conference. He added that this morning the board had received advice that apart from this there might be further savings. He could not reveal the premium terms, but the indications were for very substantial reductions for the coming season.
