ROYAL AMPHORA RESTING
Mr. R. Sutherland had several horses in training at Riccarton until recently, but they have all been turned out, and they will not be taken in hand again until next season, says a southern report. They include Royal Amphora, the two-year-old Pol Roger, and the Lord Warden —Peho two-year-old.
Now that Mr. R. Sutherland's horses have gone out for a spell, C. J. McGregor has only Gold Label in work. This Robespierre three-yearold showed speed in he rracesthis season, and she will be got ready to appear again at the Grand National Meeting.
