Miss G. Valentine Howey, Christchurch, has been appointed organising secretary for the Appeal Fund of Westminster: Hospital, which, is to be rebuilt on a new site, but still in the vicinity. The Westminster was the first voluntary hospital in England, and is more than 200 years old. The rebuilding includes a home for the nurses and the removal from North London of the research department.
