MOTHER'S DAY
SERVICES TOMORROW
Mother's Day has become an occasion for observance on the second Sunday of May throughout many countries of the world, and many churches, V..M.0.A.5, and kindred organisations use the occasion as a special reminder to young people of the debt they owe to the women of the world generally and their own mothers in particular. Tomorrow there will be special ser-' vices in various churches throughout Wellington and a central service for young men and young women will be held at the V.M.C.A. at 4 o'clock. ' At this special service the address will be given by the Rev. Percy Paris, the newly-appointed minister of the Taranaki Street Methodist Church. The special soloist will be Mr. Bert Hickford. Mr. R. H. Nimmo, president of the V.M.C.A;, will preside. All young men and women are invited to attend the service. „
