MOUNTAIN FATALITY
CAR AND AEROPLANE

DELHI, May 10. Sir Charles Kendall, formerly of Melbourne, Acting Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court, was killed when his motor-car dashed over a 300-foot precipice on a mountain road at Nainital.
A Mosul message says that a bomber aeroplane exercising with armoured
cars, swooped down and touched the car, which thereupon crashed, two being killed and two injured. '
