DUNEDIN, Th.s Dayi \ The official recount of votes polled in the Mayoral election gives all three candidates increases, .due to errors in the counting of votes at the booths, and due also. to the addition to each of a small number of declaratory votes. The figures are: Rev. E. T. Cox (Labour), 12,215; J. J. Marlow (Citizens), 10,425; R. S. Black (Independent), 5268; informal, 210.
