SOUTH AUSTRALIAN EVENT
ROYAL PATRONAGE WANTED
(Received May 10, II ajn.) LONDON, May 9. Though hindered by the Jubilee eel& brations, the South Australian Premier, the Hon. R. L. Butler, and the Agent General, the Hon. L. Hill, are inquiring into the possibilities of the Duke and Duchess of Kent going to Adelaide for the centenary celebrations next year. It appears that the principal objection, is the expense of sending a warship. It is therefore suggested that the voyage could be made by ordinary liner.
