Tokio. March 23: Mr. Hirota for Japan, Mr.Tinge for Manchukuo, and M. Yurenev, Aabassador for the Soviet, formally signed the documents in connection.with the sale by Russia to Manchukuo of the Chinese Eastern Railway. Mr. Tinge handed M. Yurenev a cheque . for 23,400,000 yen. Mr. Hirota said the agreement - was of far-reaching importance in the east Asian world in the direction of peace.
