(Received February 12, 2 p.m.) . . NEW YORK, February 11. The designer of the Flat Iron Build ing, the first skyscraper, Frederick Dinkelberg, died in poverty on his golden wedding anniversary. He lost his savings in a bank and stock failure and had been on the dole for the pasl two years.
