COLLISION ON RIMUTAKAS

MASTERTON,' This Day.
During the height of a thunderstorm on the Rimutaka Hill on Saturday afternoon a collision occurred between a motor-car and a motor-cycle about a mile on the Featherston side of the Summit. The car was driven by' Mr. E. W. Pearce, of Masterton, and the motor-cyclist, who was injured, was a young Wellington man named Colin Cosson. Mr. Pearce conveyed the injured - man to a private' hospital in Featherston. He was reported' last night to be suffering from head, eye,; .and arm injuries, and while they are fairly extensive he is not in a very serious condition. 'r
