SYDNEY "HERALD" SUED
COMMENT IN KISCH CASE
SYDNEY, January 29
' Egon Kiseh's action for alleged contempt of. Court against the "Sydney Morning Herald" was continued in the High Court today, when Mr. Piddington, K.C., for Kisch, contendctl that the ''Horald'" published articles prior to the recent1 appeal attacking the Court's character ami i ' judicial beliavipur" in 'addition to publishing an article from a clergyman contributor who claimed that the High Court had adopted an arrogant attitude towards Highland people generally arising out of the discussions on the Gaelic language^ in which Kisch was subjected to a dictation test. The hearing was adjourned, till tomorrow.
