TOO HARD FOR JUMPING
The Napier Park Racing Club1 has decided, in view, of the drynessof the season and the very hard nature of most of the tracks, to withdraw the twp hurdla races from the programme of its. forthcoming meeting, and to substitute two highweight handicaps for .which hurtile horses as well as hacks will be eligible to compete. Tlie club has also decided, as the meeting extends over two Saturdays to allow owners' of horses coming from ;a distance the use of the horse-boxes on tha course. ■.■■■■ ■ -, ;- ■■-■■.y-,r- ,•;•
