The deciding races held -for the Wei- ■ lington Amateur Swimming Club's I Commemoration Cup during tho past two weeks resulted as follows:— 220 yards freestyle: F. Pennington (Wellington), 1; W. Bell (Lyall Bay), 2, D. Plank (Maranui), 3. 440 yards freestyle: L. Dawkins (Lyall Bay), 1; F. Mollier (Lyall Bay), 2; F. Pennington, 3. 880 yards freestyle: F. Pennington, 1; J. Blakeley (Lyall Bay), 2; F. Mollier, 3, 11.I 1. Pennington wins the cup, with 11 points, L. Dawkins (5 points) is second, V. Mollier (4 points) third, J. Blakeley and W. Bell (3 points), equal, fourth, and D. Plank (1 point) sixth.
