STORE STOCK SALE
, Wright, Stephenson, and Co,, Ltd., report having held a very successful sale of store sheep and i cattle at their Johnsonville yards on Monday. , .They offered a yarding of 2200 sheep and 72 head of cattle. There was a- good' inquiry for ewes and store lambs, but wethers were not sought after. , The ewes were mostly in low condition, and showed the effects of the dry season. Cattle, which w^re mostly dairy sorts, met with a ready sale.
