Decision .was reserved by Mr. E. Page, S.M., in tha Magistrate's Court yesterday in the civil claim of Colin A. S. Maynard against John J. Benge for £81 10s, arising fiom a building dispute. Mr. 0. C. Mazcngaib appeared tor the plaintiff and Mr. W. B. Brown for the defendant.
