WEEKEND ACCIDENTS
The Free Ambulance aealt with; a number ,of accident cases during the weekend, and in each the injured person was taken to hospital. ,
Bonald Coventry, aged 12, of 27 Pinnacle Street, fell on the beach at Seatoun on Saturday afternoon and suffered a severe incised wound to his right arm and abrasions to his hand. ■ On Saturday evening, Betty MOran, aged; li,-. of.-12 .■■Buckley Koad, fell against a fireplace and received a small oontused wound on her forehead.
Struck by a motor-car in Clyde Quay at about J. 30 a.m. yesterday, A, Roberts, a printer, of 36 Jessie Street, suffered a lacerated wound on his right hand, slight concussion and shock. TToading on some glass at the beach yesterday morning, Herbert Woodbridge, a schoolboy, of 92 Maida Vale Bead, suffered an incised wound to his right foot. Patricia Allison, a child, who lives at. 38 Bossiter Avenue, Lower Hntt, fell from a tree yesterday afternoon and fractured her right arm.
