WEDDING
KISSELL—AXDEESE:?, The wedding was solemnised at St. James's Church, Lower Hutt, recently of Dorothy, daughter of Mrs. E. P. and the late Mr. A. Andersen, Lower Hutt, to John, son of the late Mr. x nnd Mrs. AV. J. Kissell, AVestport. The Rev. H, E. K. Fry conducted the service, and Miss Harte played the organ. The bride, who was escorted by her brother-in-law, Mr. R. Matthews, wore a frock of ivory satin cut on classical lines, i, Her embroidered veil was mounted on a rhinestone bandeau and held in place by sprays of orange' blossom. The bouquet was of pink and white flowers. Miss Rae Edge was bridesmaid, wearing a .sheath fitting gown, of rose-pink velvet, finished with touches of silver lame and pink hat to match. She carried a bouquet of pink camellias. The Misses Betty and Leone Matthews, nieces of the bride, were flower girls. They wore Victorian frocks of pink crepe de chine and carried posies to match. Mr. Maurice Matthews was best man. The reception was held at "Waimarie," Lower' Hutt. Mrs. Stephen Smith (sister of the bride) received the guests, wearing a fro-ck of scarlet panne velvet. Mrs. E. P. Andersen wore black satin. Amongst those present were Mesdames AVilliamson, McMillan, Fry, Gorric', Heggie, Fuge, W. Matthews, R. Matthews, J. AV. Maeleay, McLeary, C. Anderson, S. Smith, C. Morris, E. Matthews, L. Gemmell, E. Fuge, J. Heggie, Beattie, A. S. Kempthorne, A. S. Tosswell, G. Hamilton, I. Macfarlane, F. Gorrie, and H. Gorric.
