DEATH DUTY FORECASTS

The "News-Chronicle" says that a man whose job will bo to forecast the death of millionaires has been added to the staff at Somerset House. Every millionaire's expectation of life will be contained in his secret archives, from dliich he will bo able to inform the Chancellor how many aro likely to-die in any given period, enabling more accurate estimates of death duties.
