HOLMDALE TO SAIL

Tho Hton'mer Holmdale, whose .sailing from Wellington last evening for Duncdin was postponed owing to tho crew intimating that they intended to attend today's stop-work meeting of the Seamen's and firemen's Union, is now to leave late this afternoon.

Officials of tho Seaman's Union stated that tho meeting had dealt with routine matters only and there was nothing for publication.

A hitch occurred last evening in connection with working overtime on the Port Hobart, which is discharging Xew York cargo at the Pipitea Wharf, and today's operations were carried on by a smaller number of watersiders than usual. The vessel was to sail today for the south, but her departure has now been postponed until tomorrow.
