PATIENTS NOT WANTED
Tho most up-to-dato hospital in the world was opened in London a few •weeks ago. Visitors will bo welcomed at all times—but there will never bo ;>ny patients! No stoftl-norvod .surgeon will ever battle with death in the-won-derfuly-equipped operating theatres. The hospital has been built solely for demonstration purposes and to display tho most modern British-made, medical and surgical equipment. It occupies over 10,000 square feet on the ground floor of the British Industries House, Marble Arch, and will be visited by medical men from all over tho world. A doctor and a staff of technical experts will always be present—but only to explain the building and equipment. The hospital is complete with clinical laboratory, surgeons' rooms, sisters' rooms, anaesthetic department, and ward kitchen.
As the result of a fall about 11 o'clock this morning, a fracture of the right arm was received by Charles McKi?sick, a scholar who lives at Lower Hutt. Hn was taken to the Hospital by tho Free Ambulance.
