INCOGNITO AT OPORTO

RUGBY, September 3. The Prince of Wales, who is engaged on a pleasure cruise on the Lord Mayne's yacht, which he joined last week at Biarritz, paid a strictly private visit today to the Portuguese Colonial Exhibition at Oporto. Despite the unofficial nature of the visit the Prince had an enthusiastic reception as he crossed the frontier on the way to Oporto. He displayed a keen interest in the exhibition and congratulated 'the organisers on the display.
