FEDERATION MEETING
Several "hardy annuals" came up for discussion today at the annual meting of the Federated Societies for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The discussions mostly covered points to be placed before the Minister of Agriculture (the Hon. C. E. Maemillan) by a deputation from tho federation this afternoon. Mr. G. Mitchell presided over an attendance of, twelve delegates.
Tlw conference passed resolutions drilling- with the dehorning ot! cuttle, humane slaughtering, nnil the bobby i-ait industry.
