BAD TASTE
GRUESOME EXHIBITION
One -of tho most extraordinary sights of Stuttgart, in Germany,- is the Kitschmuseum," a small collection of perpetrations of bad taste housed in the Museum of Applied Arts, which was founded by Professor Pazaurek, statesa London exchange. Glaring examples of such aberrations of taste aro an imitation of a bouquet of chrysanthemums, made of human finger nails, a luminous glass bust of tho former Kaiser, and handkerchiefs decorated with patriotic designs. For a time this museum was closed, but it has now been reopened and enlarged as a valuable accessory for the Government's campaign against all forms of bad taste, especially those exhibited under tho guise of patriotic manifestations.
