Miss Agues McLean, Wellington is leaving tonight far Auckland, where she will spend som6 time with hor sister.
Miss Eileen Blnndell, New Plymouth, is paying a brief visit to "Wellington.
Mrs. James Begg, who lias beon visiting Wellington, has returned to Duncdin.
Mrs. Grimmond, West Coast, is the guest of Mrs. J. A. Doctor, Wadcstown.
Miss Louise yon Saodlitz, Lower Hutt, will leave for Christehurch tomorrow, to stuy with Miss Hahuai Tjoughnan. Later she will go on to Mount Cook.
Miss Catherino Young (The Terrace) <md Miss Noel Booth (Cartertou) will leavo early next week for Christehurch.
Mrs. John O'Connor, Ashbnrton, who attended the Plunket Society Conferoneo in Wellington) returned home yesterday.
Mrs. S. Myors, Wellington, is visiting her daughter, Mrs. McGregor Crowe, Auckland.
On June 20, in Manchester College Chapel, Oxford, the wedding took place of the Rev. J. C. D. Burton to Nancy Harriet, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Salinger. The ceremony was performed by the principal.
On July 4, at" St. Mary's Church, Crayford, Kent, the wedding took place of Alfred, younger son of Mrs. Blanche Levi (of, Wellington) and the late Mr. Alfred Levi, to Kathleen Mary, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Grant, of 4 Hurst Eoad, Bexley, Kent.
Mrs. Meadowcroft, Mount Street, has returned from an extended visit to the south. She is accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. Benham, of Pleasant Point. Canterbury.

Mrs. W. Dalziell and Mrs. W. Free (Masterton) arc at the Royal Oak Hotel.
