The Prime . Minister (Mr. Bumsay Mac Donald), who has been on a health holiday in Canada, 16ft this morning for Newfoundland, where he intends to stay for six weeks. In a, farewell message to Canada, Mr. Mac Donald stated that ho had found the rest which he had sought in tho countryside in ample measuro and regretted that he was unable to remain longer. He added that he had greatly benefited in health.

Mr. Baldwin, who has been ActingPrime Minister during the absence of Mr. Ma« Donald, leaves today for a holiday in Aix-les-Bains, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Mr. Neville Chamberlain) will take his place as Acting-Prime Minister while ho is away. - ■
