CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE OF THE EMPIRE
Sir Arthur Shirley Benn, in an address delivered to the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of \he British. Empire, said:, "The Fourteenth Congress will, as at pre- ; sent arranged, take place in New Zealand, where, as you know, it was originally intended- to meet last year.- I trust' that1 constituent chambers will do their best to ensure a representative delegation at Wellington in 1936. It will be the first time the congress will have met in New Zealand in what will iby then be fifty years of existence. The next two years will, I believe, see many great and eventful changes, bo that by the autumn of 1936 there will be,much of importance to debate and decide/ .
