WOMEN'S CRICKET
VISIT OF ENGLISH TEAM
The English women's cricket team which is to make a tour of Australia in tho coming season is to visit New Zealand upon completing its engagements in Australia. Advice has been received by the Wellington Women's Cricket Association that the English team wilf bo in New Zealand from January 26 to February. 28, and that tho tourists will probably play two matches in Wellington, one match, to bo a Test with a New Zealand women's team. The local association is awaiting further details in connection^ with tho tour, and in the meantime is engaged in making preliminary arrangements for the visit.
