SUBMARINE MINING
DEPOT AT MILFORD HAVEN
LONDON, August 5. Work has been commenced on a sub- j marine mining depot at Milford Haven to meet requirements in respect of modern high explosives. Newspaper reports that a secret naval base is being constructed are inaccurate as the work was approved by Parliament on May 15.
