CHARGE DISMISSED
THIRTEEN YEARS OLD
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) GISBOENE; This.Day. A charge of obtaining £50 from the Repatriation Department in 1921 by a false pretence that the money was for the purehaso of six cows which did not exist was dismissed today by Mr. E. L. Walton, who stated: "You aro asking a man to defend a charge thirtcon years old," and indicated that civil proceedings should bo taken.
