SEXUAL OFFENCES
STERILISATION RECOM- - MENDED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANGANUI, This Day. The following presentment was handed to Mr. Justice Blair by the foreman of the Grand Jury in tho. Supreme Court this morning:— "The frequency of sexual cases points to the advisability of an amendment to tho law to deal with them more effectively by sterilisation." His Honour said ho would sec that the presentment .was handed to the proper quarter.
