WOMEN'S STUDY CIRCLE
HOME AND PUBLIC LIFE
Mrs. Marshall Mac Donald was the speaker at the last meeting of the Women's Study Circle when there was a good attendance of . members and friends.
Mrs. McDonald gave a most interesting address on "Women in Public Life and in the Home." -Mrs. MacDonald spoke of the great value of the women's point-pf view in public life, and said much could be accomplished by the daily co-operation of mon and women, She also said the time had come when homes, husbands, and babies were run on more scientific lines, giving women more time to take up public life, which interest made them more efficient and capable in the home. The speaker also gave some instructive, hints on cooking. .'■■-/.. A good discussion followed and Mrsi MacDohald was. accorded a very hearty vote of thanks for her interesting talk.
