For a fifth statutory* offence of drunkenness Alfred James Massey, aged 66, a musician, was sentenced to one mouth's imprisonment. Daniel O'Sullivan, aged 47. a labourer, was fined £2,. in default 14 days 'imprisonment, for a fourth statutory offence of drunkenness. :
A remand for a'week -was granted to Kitty Stewart, aged 49, a domestic, who is charged with being an idle.and disorderly person in that she habitually epi> softs with reputed prostitutes. •■: '• '
Piobert Henry Stewart McLaren, aged 46, a - crane driver, was lined £2 for obstructing Constable L. A. Satherley in the execution of his duty! For resisting Constable Satherley, Robert William Wilson,' agetl''47, a whaf-f labourer, was also fined £2, and he was fined 10s for using obscene language in Hawkestone Street and convicted and discharged for drunkenness. ■'■■-.- . •
