NEW ZEALAND PRIZES
"GOLDEN CHEST" ART UNION

SYDNEY, May 30. The official drawing of the "Golden Chest" No. 2 Art Union was performed by Mr. C. T. P. Ulm and Mr. Hector Bolitho, the New Zealand writer.
The first prize (£4000) wa§ -ivon by Miss Daphne Speck, of Eandwick, whost father is a native of Taranaki, New Zealand. Daphne plans to take the whole family to visit her father's birthplace.
The second prize (-£400) went to "Wanted Badly" syndicate, Mataroa, Taihape, New Zealand; third prize (£100) to D. Wallace, Richmond, Nelson, New Zealand, and fifth prize (£25) to Lewis, King Street, Dunedin.
