The "Weekly Dispatch'1 suys: "Stamp out graft", is a warning the Ministry of Health has sent to municipal authorities throughout Britain, following an investigation into councillors', alleged acceptance of presents, not alivays in money, from contractors. It was also discovered that councillors were giving highly-paid jobs to, relatives.
