WAIWETU CLUB
The opciiiiiij of (lie winter season of the Waiwetu'OolC Club took place on Saturday last, when visitors were present from Shandon, Hutt, Titahi, Morniiiglon, and Manor Park. Tn tho absence of.the president, Mr. Barker, the club captain, declared the season open and welcomed the visitors. Messrs. Barnard, Fergic, Stratmorc and Crombio replied.
A foursome lui^ey was jila.vod, and this was won by G. K. Hogg and Miss A. Hogg.. 3 up. Fcryie (Shiindon) ami Mi-k. MaitJaml wore iill-stiiiare, and L. Alarsdou and Mrs. Jtya'n I down.
